Horses respond extremely well to Equine Touch. During a 30-minute session, quite often the horse goes to sleep as he relaxes. But what does Equine Touch do?

bullet

Increases movement of lymph and eliminate toxins from the body

bullet

Relieves pain in the horse’s body through the release of endorphins and movements of toxins

bullet

Minimises behavioural problems as the horse develops a different awareness of his body

bullet

Strengthens the horse’s immune body which in turn raises the horse’s spirits and well-being

A young horse often needs help with his natural balance, Equine Touch can often assist with this.

A competition horse is kept locked up in a stable for most of the day and is then expected to come out of his stable and be on form, Equine Touch assists the release of muscle tightness and stiffness and therefore assisting in the prevention of the injury before it occurs.

Any horse regardless of age or illness can often find great pain relief from Equine Touch.

When should Equine Touch not be used?

There are certain moves that could possibly cause uterus contractions therefore this procedure should not be carried out on a pregnant mare.

It should also be stressed that Equine Touch is not a medical or veterinary procedure and in all cases of injury, lameness or illness , veterinary attention should be sought and the agreement of a veterinary surgeon should be obtained before an alternative modality is introduced.

This modality can be equally as effective on any animal suffering from pain and imbalance in the body.
